Google's indexing, search impressions, and clicks come from the search platform. S6 in the figure is search impressions (not AI mentions). The mention rate in AI answers will be published later. OpenAI's retrievals and customer arrivals come from first-party measurement. The data scopes differ, so check source and step first when placing them side by side.
