牙周骨缺損能不能再生？｜證據鏈
牙周炎造成的骨支持改變，有些沿牙根周圍形成骨內缺損，有些較平坦或位於分叉。X 光可以提示位置與深度，卻不是單靠一張影像就能決定清創、翻瓣或再生。牙醫師還要把牙周探診、出血、牙齒動度、缺損邊界、軟組織、根面清潔可及性與患者能否長期維護放在一起。 對深度至少 3 mm 的骨內缺損，納入 79 項隨機試驗、3,042 名患者與 3,612 處缺損的系統性回顧顯示，再生手術相較單純翻瓣進入清創，平均多得到 1.34 mm 的臨床附連改善，95% 信賴區間 0.95–1.73 mm。 但只有 10 項研究被評為低偏差風險，研究間異質性中至高，整體證據強度低至中等。
