牙周骨缺损能不能再生？｜證據鏈
牙周炎造成的骨支持改变，有些沿牙根周围形成骨内缺损，有些较平坦或位于根分叉。 X 线可以提示位置与深度，却不能单凭一张影像决定清创、翻瓣或再生。 牙医还要把牙周探诊、出血、牙齿松动度、缺损边界、软组织、根面清洁可及性与患者能否长期维护放在一起考虑。 对深度至少 3 mm 的骨内缺损，纳入 79 项随机试验、3,042 名患者与 3,612 处缺损的系统评价显示，再生手术相较单纯翻瓣进入清创，平均多获得 1.34 mm 的临床附着改善，95% 置信区间为 0.95–1.73 mm。 但只有 10 项研究被评为低偏倚风险，研究间异质性中至高，整体证据强度低至中等。
